How do I get access?
Email us with a little about your operation and the plan you are interested in. Public sign-up is not open yet, so access is arranged directly.
Can I pay monthly?
Monthly billing is planned at 20% more than the equivalent monthly rate on an annual plan. Contact us to confirm billing and availability when arranging access.
Is there a trial?
The planned trial is 30 days with no card required. Ask about current trial availability when requesting access.
What counts toward my herd limit?
Cattle currently in your herd count toward the plan limit. Sold and deceased animals keep their history and come off the active count.
What if I have more than 1,500 head?
Tell us about your operation, including the herd size and places you manage, so we can discuss a suitable setup.
Does it work on my phone?
Headgate runs in a browser and can be added to your Home Screen. Offline chute mode is included in Ranch and Outfit. Load the session while connected before heading out of range.
Bluetooth scale support requires Chrome or the Headgate iPhone build. The iPhone build is currently on TestFlight, not the App Store.
How are my records handled?
Each ranch has its own database. Optional rainfall tracking uses a rounded location and date range. AI and receipt-reading features use the model provider configured for those features; they are optional.
